Terms of Service

Last updated October 9, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TrackMyCM platform. By using TrackMyCM, you agree to these Terms. If you are using TrackMyCM on behalf of a business, you agree to these Terms on its behalf.

The service

TrackMyCM is a commission-tracking platform for MCA broker shops. It helps you record deals, calculate multi-level splits, run payouts, invoice funders, and reconcile deposits against your bank.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account and the accounts of users you invite. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your data

You retain all rights to the deal, commission, and business data you enter into the platform. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide and improve the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you input, and for verifying the figures the platform produces before relying on them to pay people or settle accounts.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to store data you are not authorized to hold.
  • Do not attempt to access data belonging to other shops, probe or disrupt the platform, or circumvent its security.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell, or copy the platform except as permitted by law.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services, such as Plaid for bank connections. Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable provider terms.

Fees

Access to TrackMyCM is provided under the pricing and subscription terms agreed with your shop. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TrackMyCM calculates commissions and payouts from the data you provide; it is a tool to support your operations and is not financial, accounting, or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own records and for the amounts you pay.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackMyCM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for security or legal reasons. On termination, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period, after which we may delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We will revise the date at the top of this page when we make changes.
